At Five24, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our refund policy below:
Custom & Personalized Products

Items such as branded apparel, promotional products, and custom print materials are made-to-order.

Because these products are created specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

If there is a manufacturing error or defect, we will replace or reprint the item at no additional cost.
Photography Sessions

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will apply your deposit to the new date.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Design & Branding Services

Due to the creative nature of design and branding services, refunds are not offered once work has begun.

We will work with you through revisions (as outlined in your service agreement) to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
Digital Products

Digital files (logos, graphics, proofs, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.
Order Issues
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or appropriate solution.
